My mom once told me that she and my father never said i love you to each other

And it’s so interesting how important saying i love you is in my relationship

He grew up with a family that says i love you all the time. Like, when he gets off the phone with his brother, it’s “I love you bro” every time. Even when his family talks to me, they say “I love you” to me when we are saying goodbye.

In that way, being with him and around him has changed me in a positive way

I love you comes so easily

Which is wild since i didn’t realize the fact that my parents never said I love you might be an odd thing until I saw how much his family says I love you.
