I love going to my favorite ships on AO3 and going to the last page of fics and seeing when the first fic for said pairing was written and how long a different headcanon have been around in the fandoms. With canon context and without.

Last night I was scrolling through Kakairu and found fics from 2008 tagged as ‘cross posted from Fanfiction.net.’ Then, if you go on Fanfiction.net, you find more with those same headcanons. And you see where they started and what they can become! It’s a technological drag path and it makes me so emotional I can’t-

(I hope this makes sense, I was doing some research for my capstone and decided to apply something’s into the world of fan fiction and got distracted lol)

I need a Disneys Enchanted type Kakairu fic. Give me either Iruka or Kakashi coming from another universe, a fairytale, and alternate timeline, something and arriving in either modern day or in the Naruto universe. I’m not picky.

What I’m envisioning is: Iruka is from a fairytale/alternate world, engaged to marry Yamato (hell or even Mizuki idc) and ends up in a modern world or the Naruto universe and he runs into Kakashi.

In Kakashi’s universe, he adopted Naruto and has been taking care of him.

Iruka stays with Kakashi as the duo try to figure out how to get iruka back to his world while also slowly falling in love.

They then have to deal with their feelings as Yamato shows up to take Iruka home.

Don’t worry, Yamato gets his happy ending as well (Mizuki however, would not)

Does anyone see the vision?

I need a KakaIru fic that’s Kakashi being down bad for Iruka, but Iruka likes the ANBU Hound who he’s been friends with since his prankster days.

Iruka and Hound have a bunch of late night talks and Kakashi feels so comfortable around Iruka and he get to see a side of the teacher he doesn’t show to his everyday Jonin self and he falls deeper and deeper in love with the chunin teacher, and he starts to feel guilty for keeping this from him for so long but he has no choice

Like, give me some early Miraculous Ladybug Marichat type shit

But I need the reveal to be either the most dramatic/angsty reveal ever, make me cry my eyes out, make me feel the ache in my chest as I read the pure betrayal Iruka feels or Iruka has known for a while, and found out in the weirdest way possible
