ANGERY RANT

My best friend of three years and I got in a big ass fight a little while ago and she moved out (she was staying temporarily because of her own family issues)

What happened is she told the person who bullied me into leaving the public school system to go to this thing she wanted me to go to, obviously I told her I wasn’t going to go anymore because of that

she chose her friends

So when my parents called her out on the shitty thing she did she got upset so she moved out

this was the friend who’d literally bite me if I wasn’t doing what she wanted.

The friend who’d shoot down my ideas, I always endorsed her ideas being the supportive friend I am.

The friend who’d never make time to hang out with me in public, I always had to hang out with her and her friends.

The friend who’d promise time and time again she wouldn’t snap at me again only to yell at me and cuss me out ten minutes later for something that didn’t even remotely involve her.

The friend who’d choose the person who bullied her over the person who stood up for her.

this is why I’m so upset recently, I’m finally out of this fucking toxic friendship and now I’m so utterly fucking alone.

I’m sorry for the long rant.

I just needed to get that out of my system.

She knows what she did is wrong, she regrets what she did, maybe she has anger problems I had friends that put up with my bullshit they'd try to help me through it, if it's a friend of 3 years she's surely gotten attached to you, I mean it's like a family you and your parents or siblings don't get along perfectly but yet you still put up with them. You savour the moments where it's all cheery and happy of course there are moments you fight or have a screaming match but you still stay together by choice or not

As he swam around the reef collecting small dead creatures and coral samples he failed to notice the other presence, going about his business which called for him to go into a small cave like structure with only his tail sticking out and visible.

Ray was swimming around in his diving gear looking for some ‘treasure’ his father would surely like any lures he finds he had a plastic jar with holes punched in it attached to his belt so anything he finds will be put in there. He sees a tail sticking out of the rocks thinking it was a fish he strokes it

Instant panic. He swam forward through the cave as fast as possible before going around to see who or what touched him, tail petting was a rather rude gesture, but he was more so caught off guard by it. And when he looked into the eyes who touched him he went wide eyed with shock before he darted off.

Ray swam backwards a little shocked he tried to go after them but of course he couldn’t catch up he gives up and goes back to searching for things of the ocean floor

“Nonononono, they couldn’t have found us- I gotta tell someone I gotta I gotta…. ohhh noo….” He was having a bit of a panic attack in a cave nearby, he’d rally just gone around the corner and ducked into a cave but still…

Ray’s tank was getting low so he made his way back up to his dad’s boat.

He swam out of the cave to look at the person as they swam off. “This is bad…”

Ray yawned a little as he got ready to go back in the water he had emptied his container so he could fill it again

He hadn’t gone any closer but he didn’t exactly leave either, if he actually knew anyone he’d’ve been able to do something about it, now he was all alone since no one ever came here anymore.

Ray got to work looking for stuff occasionally being jumpscared by a small fish

something smacked him in the back of the head. HARD.

Ray yelps and turns around rubbing the back of his head

He had already swum off after smacking them with his tail. Why won’t they just leave…. he could bite them if he needed to, merfolk were designed as…. predators, so it’d hurt a lot more than a human bite would.

Ray looks around some more trying to find the merboy he saw earlier or was he just seeing things.

He managed to stay just out of view, close enough to keep an eye on him but far away enough to not cause trouble.

Ray sighs and looks around the coral reefs looking at the wildlife

‘What the surface is he doing down here???’ He thought to himself, as he smacked him in the head before darting off again.

Ray looks around for what hit him.

One last time. ‘YE OL SMACK AND SWIM’ he is so funny.

Don’t do it please, you just gotta soldier on no matter how bad it gets don’t stop until you reach the end, then you can look back on this a say ‘I made it’
