Sugar is just as addictive, if not more addictive than cocaine. We need to inform ourselves to eat properly. Far too many people are over-eating but under nourished.

I used take the opposite route to go down these steps in 2012 because I used to think it was too hard to walk up. In 2013, I started going up them, slowly and pausing in the middle because I was winded. 2014, I was concussed and didn't do much. 2015 and 2016, the steps up are a breeze.
