Making our city more beautiful one trash bag at a time! Someone was complaining about a garbage pile in south Rome(NY). He kept taking photos of the pile. We offered to come help clean it up. If you have time to stop and take some photos surely you have time to clean up even just a little? A piece here and a piece there will add up. Well the three of us came and left and no one else did. He had time to drive by and "not see us" though. After complaining so much that no one would do anything we offered to come help him and he refused to do anything. Don't talk. Do.
