So I’m starting a thing….. kinda a cool thing. I’m a believer that all that we need to heal our bodies are on this earth, we just have to find it and/or find the best uses for it. With that being said, I decided to try my hand at a vertical garden. Nourishing your body with plants you cultivated yourself has to be the next level of getting healthy, right?
