I think aurora is going to turn Lizzie into a vampire since they both suffer from mental illness but Lizzie has more of hold on it since she’s not a vampire so aurora will turn her so that she would suffer like her and she would also be possibly frame hope. It depends if aurora lets the super squad know she body swapped with hope.
