Some music videos and the music itself makes you feel like you want to be the main character in that and have such a beautiful setup in life and be happy dancing around like it's the best day of your life when in real life your drowning loosing the last drop of confidence and source of happiness you ever owned.

Sometimes people are so sensitive that even if we spoke and texted and the whole scenario was perfectly alright it still makes my heart pound so hard to speak to them or open their messages as there can always be an unexpected problem.

Life gave me couple of lessons which I left out.

Later life gave me certain people who I shut out.

Years later I brought in some people who shut me down.

What my mum said came back to my mind "at the end of the day only your family will have your back".

On the hospital bed with the beeping sounds of my heart and raising lines on the machine, I realised that brutal truth.

Even when I feel let down by a person I just keep it all in and even when they apologize tell them it's ok,I know you didn't mean it but in my heart I have boiling chunks of fire flaming with self doubt and worthlessness thinking how such a misery I am to people around me.

They called me useless just cause I was born a certain way.

They called me a curse just cause I was born a certain way.

They called me disgrace,downtrodden,shame bringing and many more just cause I was born a certain way.

They called me a servant just cause I was born a GIRL.

Little do they remember a Mother, a Sister,a Wife and a Daughter are all born the same 'certain way' ,as a GIRL.

You should be proud of yourself if you have done everything to bring yourself to where you are today. All the hardwork,tears,pleads and prayers that you put in has paid off.

It's so weird how sometimes you see others and pray that you don't fall in the same situation but years later you are in their same spot and are clueless of what to expect or to execute.

When I look upon life and how far I have come, I realise that I am so different from who I was years back that if I were to speak to my old self I wouldn't recognize me.
