Chapter 3 is finished guys, onto chapter 4!! Once Bee leaves Alpha i can release some additional world building, the design for Jay and “someone else” as well as explaining some more societal norms there, so excited! I should start drawing it again!
With that, Q&As abt the story are open ask anything, everything!
i did it… i finally got back on the wagon and posted the writing i have been doing… i also made a temporary update chapter i hope will bring some attention to the fic as well as leave fans excited for what’s to come! as for my hiatus, i have explained in passing why i haven’t been able to think of what to write (or more accurately i was afraid of writing against my own canon) but not really why past that i was unable to write draw post or more.
i try not to be personal abt things here, and i know the AO3 artist stereotype of us being tragedy bound but to keep it brief i was going through very tough times in my life post highschool during my first semester of college. I ended up in the hospital and in a coma, thankfully the coma lasted very little though my life was at risk. since then i just have dropped the ball, trying to piece my life back together without the motivation to do so. i’m writing this fic now less because im inspired (though i still am at times) and more because i have people who are expecting more, and as a AO3 READER i know the disappointment in an unfinished fic that was something i looked forward to.
I hope knowing a little about why i haven’t been as “with it” will give you peace of mind that it wasn’t because i lost interest in Transformers and i hope you all will help root for me to write and update ASAP
FYI: i have considerably less time in college, and without a beta reader please expect there to be a few more errors than usual, ill do my best but i AM dyslexic and its kinda hard to look through for myself lol!

just started reading Transformers EU.
all the same complaints you’d expect to hear. killing off bumblebee and replacing him with i guess cliffjumper is a choice that was made.
don’t get me wrong, it’s nice that cliffjumper doesn’t die for once, but i don’t believe you need to kill off a character to take him out of a spotlight, and if your reasoning for killing him off is that and not even considering revival or real mentions of his existence only tells me you are incapable of making a character more interesting and relatable without characterizing someone to be basically gruffer bumblebee. cliffjumper acts in my opinion extremely different now. and maybe before his character wasn’t so explored but he was pretty active in the G1 issues DWJ claims to want to honor.
it’s not that hard to write in that bumblebee is busy with other things, don’t they do that for all other barely brushed off characters like prowl?
“but then ppl would ask about bumblebee” just have a one or two page cameo if he is doing something important… like they do for other barely occurring characters.

the rest, the character design looks like g1 very nice nod, the art is beautiful, the story elements are pretty solid. it’s not a bad generation. it just won’t be one of the greater ones if book 2 follows book 1

pusillanimous firstly, is pronounced completely differently then the word pussy
pussy -> puh-sey
pusillanimous -> pyoo-sil-animous
secondly, pusillanimous was used in the 1800, and died out almost completely by the 1900,
pussy cat, while not entirely clear, was risen to popularity much later and pussy being used in the 20th century.
long after the use of the word pusillanimous died.
making up a whole fact to erase the misogyny of the word is disgusting. the slang pussy has always been used to effeminate a man.
it’s not saying “your a coward” it’s saying “your such a woman” which to misogynists mean the same as saying “you are weak, emotional, timid”
it is a word that uses femininity as a weapon and your gross misinformation will not change that.
