Positives 22/6/2017
1. Got in for a gym session before work. - Maintaining my routine. 2. Had a chat with Dan at work about QA processes, and we can hopefully start pushing some changes that will save a lot of time. - Taking a more active step at work. 3. Caught up with Lorraine to help her through some personal issues. - Being able to help our family when they need it is great. 4. Went out for dinner with friends. - Hanging out with mates is always nice.
