Hot Take: If you're complaining about a specific kind of terrible fan you have to share a fandom with, to the point that you're doing it almost every single day, where it's just as much as you talk about the things you like, where 'those people' can do absolutely nothing right and their entire opinions are wrong just as a fundamental fact and you have to make sure to complain about it every third post you make? That's when I start to think that maybe you're not just a grumpy fan who likes to vent about stupid opinions on-line, but that *waves hand* all that is coming from a place of deep insecurity about your place in fandom. There are dumb people everywhere in fandom, at a certain point if you can't let that go, that's about you, not them.
