Hihi hunny, ofc!! I need a good structure and a reward system to keep me going so here's what that looks like:
However much under 1000Kcal I eat gets added to my "points" (For example a 560Kcal intake would give me 440 points)
I collect them until the number of points I have exceed the number of calories in my selected takeaway, which for me is a 1393Kcal McDonalds order
I then "spend" my points on it
After takeaway day my points usually go to around -100 or so and then I start re-collecting them
I weigh myself on Wednesday and Saturday
Whenever i drop down a kg (For example going from 36.2kg to 35.9kg) I earn a dessert under 500Kcal
OMAD every day apart from takeaway and dessert days
I don't have the energy anymore but I used to do this workout with this warmup/cooldown before and after once a day
My loss is usually about a kilo or so a week
I recommend taking breaks from high/med res to help your metabolism
When my metabolism slows almost to a stop sometimes, I do 15-30 days of maintenance before going back to high res and the weight comes off fast n easy for a little while
It's difficult to find the right area between losing weight and not totally fucking up your metabolism so these are the best techniques I've found to get that nice middle ground
My favourite OMAD is Kraft Cheesey Pasta + 4 Quorn Nuggets which is 367Kcal
Hunger can be really overstimulating for me as an autistic person so I keep myself busy with knitting, researching my interests, TS4, watching horror movies, mukbangs, The Last Drive-In, Dead Meat and manatee videos
My favourite low-cal drinks are lemon diluting juice (4Kcal) and Diet Pepsi (0Kcal)
Nescafe cappuccinos are the LOML they're pretty low-cal at 60Kcal, make me less hungry, warm me up, make me shit and taste AMAZING
