Goose actually wasnt run off the internet by the fandom. Back in February she had a stress-related induced breakdown and deleted her reddit account.

However, since her last response was a one-sentence comment to someone criticizing ragatha's writing, the internet rumor mill did its thing.

Goose came back shortly after and explained that she WAS NOT harassed off of reddit. But story had already spread and the clarification never caught on the same way the accusations did.

Ah, that’s good to know. Thank you for clarifying. I’d just seen a lot of people spreading spreading hate about this show and then next thing I knew I’d heard about her stepping away, at least for a bit. I should’ve looked into it more before bringing it up in my post but I was just trying to get a bunch of thoughts out before bed lol. So, thank you.

Alright. I finally watched TADC after having everything spoiled for me (on purpose). I always liked it from what I knew but decided to stop messing around and actually watch the thing and…

I’m sorry, this is the show people are getting bullied for liking? This is the show that we pushed the writer off the Internet for (not completely but you know what I mean). Seriously?

Sure, it’s not perfect, but in the kind of way that every show has fallbacks. From what people are saying I was expecting Jax to be a super big deal in every episode where they barely acknowledged her wrongdoings and acted like we were supposed to forgive her. Not the case. I expected pretty little development of relationships shown, especially Pomni and Ragathas. No actually their relationship was incredibly important to the plot, as were everyone’s. I could go on and on honestly. I know I’m just a nobody who never posts but anybody who reads this, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Because I thought the show was genuinely beautiful with a lot of thought and care put into all of its characters. Yes, all. Not just Jax. I might make a video on this honestly, just to get my thoughts out. In my opinion the way that the masses have treated this show is incredibly unfair and shows a general lack of media literacy. But whether you agree or disagree, please feel free to discuss as you’ve already been. Or don’t. This is just me making a post as I feel things after binge watching this incredible show in one sitting.
