i’m sure someone has bc it isn’t subtle but has anyone talked much about the way color infiltrated capitol fashion over the years? like during ballad everything is very post-war and modest with muted colors but by the time we get to the 74th games we have capitol citizens looking like new scrub daddy tools?

part of me likes to believe that tigress had a little hand in that, promoting color in fashion as a subtle reminder in a way to make sure that snow can never completely escape the version of himself he was before and during lucy gray baird and her colorful dress
