apologies for the other unanswered asks in my inbox! i’ve read all of them ofc, but TBH i don’t really feel qualified to answer asks about AC opinions and whatnot because uhh it’s been a Really long time since i’ve interacted w/ canon content in any way and forgotten a ton of details so i will probs need to at least read the manga/rewatch the anime/something

also im just busy. that too. senior year sucksssssssssssssssss

ok but my schools practice sports day (as in, for the last three weeks theyve been practicing to the point of cutting class short and today we did an entire run through ie no class)

so please imagine hara practicing for the bread eating contest

please imagine terasaka and his boys in a three legged race and getting pissy because they have to practice it

imagine megu blowing the whistle when she isnt supposed to because goddamnit okajima youre meant to be on the opposite side of the field leave the girls alone

imagine isogai trying to keep everyone in order but some people (looking at u karma if you can be bothered showing up) like to mess with the system

imagine nagisa doing his best and in some cases surprising others with how good hes gotten and in some cases being annoyed because no matter how much he practices there are still gonna be people just more athletically inclined than him

imagine kayano starting up the cheer squad and her and hazama making cute individual/group cheers for people

please imagine everyone practicing the folk dance (my schools call it this but its really random pop music plus something a random teacher choreographed) and all the girls having fun and twirling each other around (also please enjoy karasuma and or irina being forced to join due to an uneven amount of students and koro sensei being pissy cuz he isnt allowed)

and 3-e acting like dorks for the pole toppling thing because they know theyve got aces up their sleeves so they can have fun now (+ it boosts a classes egos so it hurts them that much more when they fail)

He missed that. Missed enjoying the sport, not just winning.

So he confessed. A trek up the mountain, a note in his locker.

I like you more than I like baseball.

He printed it so the handwriting couldn’t be traced back to him. So Sugino wouldn’t know it was the guy he’d known for years, the guy he’d played with for years.

Because Sugino had a girl he liked, and he had a reputation to keep, y’know?
