Kinleigh Hawke - human mage. Romances Anders.
Kestrel Trevelyan - human noble mage. Romances Cullen.
Katia de Riva - human Antivan Crow mage. Romances Lucanis.
Jasmine Mercar - human Shadow Dragon rogue. From a shared AU with some of my Lucanismancer discord friends! Romances Davrin.
BG3:
Katriel - dark urge, high half-elf, bard/paladin. Romanced Astarion. (Finished her game recently!)
Imrae - Lolthsworn drow, fighter/rogue/bard. Romances dark justiciar Shadowheart and Halsin. (Finished hers too!)
Ophelia - dark urge, high half-elf, shadow sorcerer. Romances Gale.
Other games:
Fallout: New Vegas: Katrina Snowe. She's an ex-dancer and mayyyyybe a serial killer.
Fallout 4: Evie Thorne. Finished medical school prewar but got pregnant before she got established. Now she's a widow looking for her son and getting distracted by... well, everything.
Mass Effect trilogy: Kaela Shepard. Vanguard. Will romance Kaidan (maybe Thane in ME2? undecided).
Mass Effect Andromeda: Kenzie Ryder. Undecided on romance yet.
Star Wars: The Old Republic: Kae'rynn Nyx. Sith inquisitor, sorcerer. Ummm I guess there's romance in this game? We'll see.
Warhammer 40,000 Rogue Trader: Sesselie von Valancius. Pyromancer/bladedancer. Romances Heinrix.
Final Fantasy XIV: Kaelie Rose - Au Ra (for now), summoner main. Shipped with G'raha Tia.
Love and Deepspace: Kae Rose. Main LI is Zayne (but also a Caleb girlie).
Cyberpunk 2077: V (Verity in my mind). Undecided who if anyone she will romance yet.
Avowed: Koryna. Court augur, certified weirdo. Uses a bow and magic, occasionally sword and shield.
Monster Hunter Wilds: Kaelle. Loves to explode things with her bow.
Elden Ring: Kei. Likes to throw rocks.
