Azrial is twisted from a Quetzal, a type of bird known for its exceptional beauty. His signature magic is “Fly to the sky.” The user is granted a set of magical wings that only last for thirty minutes, and only can be used three times a day.

Azrial was born and raised in a rich family. When he was a child, he was curious and often snuck out of his family’s mansion in the woods. The earliest memory Azrial has is seeing a beautiful bird siting in his garden. His parents had been speaking to someone, so they didn’t notice when Azrial had left to chase the bird. The chased the bird out of the garden, and to the lake. The lake was surrounded by large and steep hills. The bird flew over the lake, and Azrial, not looking down, tumbled into the water. He had nearly drowned before one of his butlers, who had been keeping watch grabbed him. A young Azrial had wings sprouting from his lower back, but due to the various rocks and debris on the way down, they were mangled beyond repair, and had to be removed.
After that, Azrial grew sheltered inside the mansion. He developed a fear of deep bodies of water, and had very little friends. His parents were not around much, even after his incident. The butlers tried to raise him with good morals, but it was little help. Azrial grew up to be a spoiled and pompous boy.
Once of age, he attended RSA and quickly made the rounds of popularity. Or rather, infamy. Nothing good lay behind his beautiful face, and everyone knew that. Despite that, he had “friends”-people he paid to be his friends-. He created a list of requirements to be his friend, and when someone matched those requirements, he asked them to be one. If they refused, he’d simply pay them a generous sum.
Outside of school, he held regular parties in his mansion. Since his parents weren’t around often, he had alcohol, cigarettes, and other things he should not have at his parties. he often woke up hungover after these parties, doing little to help with the cleanup, leaving it to the “help.”
He visited NRC with his parents, taking a tour of the campus. He had no interest in it at all, until he saw a red haired boy. Approaching Riddle, he had little regard for boundaries, sizing him up and talking about how he met the requirements of his “friendship.” Riddle eventually snapped, using his signature magic and berating him. However, instead of warding him off, Azrial smiled at him. Azrial, for the first time, had fallen in love. Someone had actually stood up to him, and he was enamored with Riddle.
From that day, Azrial visited Heartsyabul almost every day, just to bother and observe Riddle with obsession. He even memorized every rule just to impress Riddle. Faster than ever, Azrial’s life revolved around Riddle. He often invited him to his parties, to which the later never attended. But one day, Riddle came to the aftermath, greeted by a hungover Azrial. Riddle, disgusted by the former’s habits, practically berated him to change them.
Self regulation, quitting vices, and much more was in Azrial’s future. A long road awaited him.
Hollow is twisted from both Zero and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993). His signature spell is ‘Something in the wind’ - The user is able to create a thick fog, which the user can manipulate, shape, and control at whim.

Hollow was once an eccentric young boy who wanted (demanded) the spot light on him at all times. He was loud, arrogant and boisterous. So why did he become near silent, distant, and like a shadow? In the afterlife, fate seemed to ‘curse’ him. He was invisible to everyone in Halloween Town. He could only be seen in thick fog, but even then, only his silhouette could be seen, and not his voice. Yet despite that barrier, he found himself taking a keen interest in Skully. Watching from a distance at first, he soon came closer when observing, often pretending to be in a conversation with him, responding even though he could not hear him.
This only changes once the prefect visits Halloween Town. Thanks to being magic-less, the ‘curse’ does not affect them. They find it odd how Hollow chimes in, yet no one acknowledges him. So when they do, Hollow immediately brightens and sticks to the prefect like glue. He speaks through the prefect, and eventually, devises a plan to get Hollow and Skully to officially meet. Using Hollow’s unique magic, the prefect leads Skully to Hollow’s silhouette. However, it does not go as planned, and Skully pays very little attention to him.
Years of yearning, anger, and loneliness boil over in that moment, and he overblots.

Nahari is twisted from Esmeralda from The Hunchback of Norte Dame (1996) Nahari is a performer in the Festival of Fools known for his flirtatious dances. His signature spell is ‘Crowing The Fool’ - The user is able to charm the target and command them without fail. The longer the control lasts, the more magic it uses up. The spell is only broken by the caster, unless the target has more power than the caster.

His relationship with Rollo Flamme only happened because someone played a prank. Nahari had been raising money for a charity, and the top donator would receive a singular night with him, where Nahari would bend to the winner’s whims. Someone had written Rollo’s name down and managed to donate the most. Rollo wanted nothing to go with a frivolous dancer such as Nahari, but being pulled into a dance by the purple sash hanging from his arms managed to loosen Rollo up. That night the two simply walked and talked to each other. They learned more about each other. Rollo learned of Nahari’s desire to be seen as more than a flirtatious dancer, and decided he would be the first to truly know him. Rollo and Nahari fell in love, deeply. But Rollo’s distain for magic could not be smothered. The events of Glorious Masquerade happens as told. Nahari is an unfortunate victim of the flowers, losing his magic entirely. Rollo, ridden with guilt avoids Nahari. The other develops a sense of hate for Rollo, not knowing the truth, but angry at being left alone in his time of need. Nahari avoids Rollo like the plague.
From here the second part of the event (entirely fanmade) takes place. The event is focused on the divide between Rollo and Nahari. Nahari can’t help but miss Rollo, and vice versa. Yuu and the other characters featured (nameless for now) give both sides advice. One moment between them is spent at the bell tower, as they both wanted fresh air. Rollo is about to leave when Nahari remembers Yuu’s advice, and stops him. Nahari confronts Rollo about his distance, as well as admitting his own misguided anger. Rollo confesses what really happened, and Nahari is rendered speechless. A few days later, and Nahari now has a new dilemma. With more advice from Yuu and others, Nahari makes his decision. He starts over with Rollo. A completely new love, from scratch.
