Year in review. I usually make it a goal of mine to put out one "finished" piece per month. I'll continue to try, but won't be too hard on myself if I don't. I'm not a terrible motivated sort, so I don't want to force anything. Art is something I want to be fun. When I want to draw, I'll draw, and not, I won't.

Maybe more sketches and doodles in the new year, though.

Saji Taris (the guy with mechanical arms) has lived in a vast forested area known as the East Wood for as long as he can remember. There, he met Rix (the short, armored dude with the ears), a member of the Willow species of Magifolk. The two became close friends, often helping around the various villages of the East Wood with day-to-day tasks or defending towns and travelers from the wild beasts that inhabit the area.

Saji possesses tonfas that store within his arms. Rix has a mild control over fire. The two enjoy fishing together.
