Thanksgiving imagine
It’s mid morning as you wakeup. You roll out of bed and step out onto the cold floor, stretching your ballerina like legs and arms as you begin to make your way to the bathroom. As you brush your teeth in a tee and undees, you can’t help but notice how perfect you look. Everything has thinned out, you have the perfect slim curves of a teenie waist flowing into hips and butt with just smallest bit of fat to make them look perky, lean, powerful. You once envied girls who looked like you, but now, there’s no need. You look absolutely flawless, and you know it. Your confidence is a glowing aura around you, every step you take, every word your speak exudes it. Snapping you out of your trance, you hear the hustling footsteps of your family members getting ready: dads shoes, moms heels, your siblings play fighting. It dawns on you: it’s Thanksgiving! You’ve worked so hard for months leading up to this day, eating healthy, small portions. Guzzling water, spending countless hours in the gym, and it clearly has payed off. You run downstairs to hop on your scale and lo and behold: you see it. You’re there, you made it to ugw. Days of exhaustion and tears and turning down treats have finally worked together for this brilliant day. You almost want to cry, until you remember how late you are running. You run back into your room almost dancing through the hall and open your closet. You throw on black tights and a dress, perfectly laying on your slim, hard earned figure. You put on perfume and grab your bag, no need for makeup or fancy hairdos when your outfit snd body have such a beautiful and powerful presence. The drive flies by and you anticipate the look on your older cousins faces. Ever since they’ve been getting older, they have gained more and more. You weren’t too close with them, but you could anticipate their thoughts as their eyes meet you, and you were right. As you hug everyone, you get a few comments here and there on your figure. You even hear your aunt whisper to your mom about how perfect you look: “she could be a model, how did she do it? Everyone usually gains weight after going back to college?” You grab an appetizer and sit satisfied with yourself, knowing you deserve every bite you take, and savoring the sweet flavors as much as the looks of envy you feel. It couldn’t be a more perfect day.
Wrapped in His Hoodie
It was a quiet Saturday afternoon when you pulled open the drawer and spotted it — his favorite gray hoodie. The one he wore almost every evening, the one that always smelled faintly of cedarwood and clean laundry. Without thinking, you slipped it on.
It slid over your shoulders with ease. The sleeves spilled past your fingertips, and the hem hung low enough to nearly cover your shorts. You turned toward the full-length mirror in the hallway and blinked. It was big on you. Really big.
You hadn’t worn his clothes in a long time. Not like this. Not when they looked oversized in a way that made you feel… delicate. Wrapped up. Smaller.
You glanced down, your hand grazing the hem. The change had been slow, steady — not overnight, not dramatic — but it was real. You’d shed weight, yes, but also habits that no longer served you. The late-night snacks that had become routine. The sugary drinks you once craved. Slowly, you’d replaced them with better choices, ones that made you feel clearer, lighter — more you.
You stepped into the living room just as he rounded the corner, a mug of tea in hand. He froze mid-step, eyes scanning you from top to bottom.
“Whoa,” he said, a grin curling at the edges of his mouth. “That’s mine.”
You raised a brow, tugging at the sleeves. “You weren’t wearing it.”
He came closer, setting the mug down on the coffee table, and looked at you for a moment — really looked. “It’s practically a dress on you now.”
You laughed, turning slightly. “I know. I think I’ve officially crossed into ‘stealing boyfriend’s clothes and drowning in them’ territory.”
He stepped forward and wrapped his arms around your waist. His hands met easily at your lower back now, thumbs grazing over your sides like he was still surprised at how much space was gone. “You really have changed,” he said softly. “Not just how you look… it’s in how you carry yourself. You seem lighter, inside and out.”
Your chest warmed. “I feel lighter. Stronger, too.”
He leaned back a little, eyes glinting with something playful. “Wanna see how strong I’ve gotten?”
Before you could ask, he scooped you up with ease — your feet lifting off the ground as he cradled you in his arms like it was nothing. You gasped, laughing as you wrapped your arms around his neck.
“You’re way easier to lift now,” he teased, twirling you gently before sitting down on the couch with you nestled in his lap.
You tucked your face into the crook of his shoulder, heart full. It wasn’t just about the number on the scale — though hitting your goal had meant a lot. It was about this feeling. Being able to curl up in his lap without worrying if it was awkward. Slipping into his clothes and knowing they were roomy. Feeling his arms around you and knowing how proud he was.
“You’ve worked hard,” he said, voice low. “And it shows. Not just here”—he poked your side—“but here too.” His hand rested gently over your heart.
You closed your eyes, breathing in the scent of his hoodie, feeling safe, smaller, and completely at home.
And in that quiet moment, it all sank in: not just what you’d lost, but everything you’d gained.
Here's the request @yaryaryaryarz, sorry it took me so long to get to it!
i love the feeling of knowing my stomach is empty but everyone else’s around me isn’t
eating thats not very ugw of you 🤨
my biggest fear is fainting and being too heavy for one person to carry me
My biggest fear is sitting in someone’s lap and being too heavy
my biggest fear is fainting and being too heavy for one person to carry me
the three bite rule !!
when enjoying something like a sweet treat or a more unhealthy food, especially with friends to keep up appearances, limit your consumption to three bites.
the first bite is pure enjoyment, tasting, and deliciousness. if the food isn’t delicious, don’t have another bite!
the second bite is for savouring the taste, taking in the flavour, mindfully enjoying how it tastes and feels in your mouth.
the third bite is the grand finale; the final moment of enjoyment, and knowing that you have enjoyed the taste enough, that it’s not necessary to continue eating!
push the food away, feeling fabulously light, but still having been able to indulge with your friends!
i want to look how i look when i suck in
Your stomach isn't grumbling, it's applauding.

Thinspo Imagine #1: The Beginning of Fall
It was around 7 in the morning when the sun woke you up. It danced across your sheets and your desk, earning a soft groan from you as you slowly woke up. The sheets draped over your dainty body, slipping down over your shoulders as you sat up. Your hands sat in your lap, bundling up the blanket a bit as you looked out the window at a beautiful morning.
After admiring the view a little bit, you slipped out of bed, one thin leg after the other. Your soft pajamas draped over your lithe figure, truly accentuating how petite you were. They sagged a bit around your tiny waist and the sleeves stopped past the palm of your hand. You looked so tiny in them, swallowed by the soft fabric.
You padded to the bathroom and stripped, stepping on the scale, before smiling to yourself. Almost there.
You took a quick, hot shower, relishing in the feeling of each bone of your body as you skimmed your hands over yourself. Water pooled slightly in your collarbones and not on rolls of fat.
You were glowing when you got out, and turned around in the mirror. You counted three ribs on each side of your flat stomach, which concaved ever so slightly when you looked at yourself from the side. Your tiny waist filled out into toned thighs with a gap in between, which dipped back in at the knees to long, thin legs. Your thin hands danced around your tiny neck and prominent collars, tracing the sharp curve of your jawline, moving a few strands of wet hair that clung to your cheek. Your eyes looked bigger and your sharp nose was the same red as the apples of your cheeks, accentuating your soft lips and tiny chin.
You spoiled yourself for a few minutes, turning this way and that, looking at every curve and dip of your body. Finally, when the water sticking to your frame sent a chill through you, a silk robe was pulled up and over your shoulders. Silently, you left the bathroom.
You walked to your closet and opened the sliding door. You watched your thin fingers as they gripped the white wood.
As you had lost weight, you slowly added more and more clothes to your closet. Flowy tops, cute jeans, sweet skirts. Wearing them was a reward in and of itself, once you were able to fit into them. You looked cute and fragile in some, skinny and sharp in others. They each had their own style - and a place in your heart. They were the biggest sign of your progress.
You slipped into a cute, creme colored long sleeve top, relishing in the comfortable feel of the thin, flowy fabric. Your legs were hugged by dark blue, high-wasited jeans that you slid into perfectly. Simple gold bracelets sat on your wrists, and a thin gold chain around your neck.
You looked killer, and posed a bit. The jeans acentuated your thigh gap and thin, lean legs as well as your cinched waist, while the shirt hung low enough to reveal your collarbone, draping off of you in a way that showed how small you were underneath. Your hands were lithe and dainty, your skin fresh and clear.
You moved to your window, spreading the curtains and pulling the sliding glass open. Birds sang and danced around each other, and the hints of city life teemed in the few people walking along the sidewalk. You adored the city. Maple trees grew along the road and charming shops filled the empty space between tall buildings.
The wind blew, billowing the silk curtins out around you as you took in a deep breath. The cool air filled your lungs so beautifully, and your bright eyes fluttered closed.
All your hard work, all the long night curled up in your bed, ignoring hunger pains. Forcing awful-tasting teas down your throat. Losing and gaining, working out until you colapsed, sleeping through the day and binging at night. Your journey was so hard, with just as many downs as there were ups.
But you kept at it, holding on to the dream of a brighter future. Your binges grew smaller and fewer. You coud last longer without food, and it took less for you to feel full. The barest of muscle formed, and working out was less of a chore and more of a hobby. People started commenting on your figure. It was euphoric, fitting into your first XS pair of jeans.
You opened your eyes again, watching the green trees sway in the breeze. They were showing the first hints of autumn, a few crisp leaves turning to the color of honey and roses.
For the first time in a while, you realised, you were happy with where you were.

Fasting Tips
Fasting is hard. I just got done fasting for 42 hours (yay!) and it was sooo difficult. But because i now have control i’m going to fast again soon.
So i’d like to share my best tips on how to take control, stay in control, and fast.
NEVER EXERCISE WHEN FASTING!!
1. The first 12 hours are always the hardest. Distract yourself for the first 13 hours. yes 13 because by then the hunger pains will have subsided greatly. Read a book, watch movies. STAY AWAY FROM FOOD.
2. Drink diet soda when you’re stomach starts grumbling loudly and you feel super hungry. The carbonation will trick your mind and plus, the flavor will help you stay sane.
3. Chew sugar free MINT gum. The flavor will actually make your stomach feel at ease. It tricks your mind that you’re full. And i mean… who can actually eat something after that strong mint taste?
4. Brush your teeth every 6 hours. One, it’s keep your teeth hygienic and strong. And same with the gum, the mint taste will make it harder to eat. And if people ask if you want food, you can tell them you just brushed your teeth so you can’t.
5. If you must eat dinner with your family; say you have a stomach ache, sore throat, or even that your heads hurts too bad and you should take a nap.
6. If step 5 doesn’t work; hide the food. In your sleeves, down your shirt, in your pockets. feed it to the family pet. You can even do this trick i made up-
(Get a cup and fill it with a little bit of water. Put the food in your mouth and chew DON”T SWALLOW and every few bites act like you’re about to take a drink drink, but actually spit the food into the cup.)
7. If you fast for more than 36 hours and you feel faint; take a nap, drink diet soda, chew gum, or you can even chew food and spit it out.
8. Look at thinspo constantly. This way you won’t lose motivation.
9. Do your makeup and/or have a spa day.You deserve the self care. And this will make you want to look beautiful, thin, small, perfect. Search up clothes you’ll wear when you reach your goal weight.
10. Stand in front of the mirror naked. Remind yourself why you’re doing this.
STAY STRONG!!
If you can have enough control to say no, then you WILL reach your ultimate goal weight. Just keep going.
It’s going to be hard. But it will definitely be worth it.
✨ Friendly Reminder to Take Your Supplements✨
no seriously, take them. your body is probably running on caffeine and vibes at this point, and you’re definitely not getting what you need from gum and black coffee.
multivitamin: covers everything you "forgot" to eat today.
b complex: for energy and brain stuff. stop being tired all the time (probably).
omega-3: for your brain and joints. if your knees hurt, you need this. Also to make skin and hair gorg.
