Every rape victim I know (including myself) has experienced conversations just like this. False rape report percentages are the same as most if not all other crimes sitting at 2%-8%. So why is this a ridiculous approach to all other crimes, but totally acceptable when talking to SA survivors?
All of my friends and family didn't believe me until they heard that he admitted it to a police officer, except 2 people. I am not a dishonest person, I was the logical "smart" child to my parents. I had a great reputation. When I got assaulted, I was just some dumb wh*re who must've done something to lead him on just so I could get him in trouble. Everything I'd done, everyone I trusted, all of it was taken from me while his family and some of our joint "friends" rallied around him as if he was the victim. They didn't care he admitted it, it was my fault for reporting it, not his fault for attacking me.
That's the harsh reality of being a rape victim. He's a convicted felon due to it, and I'm the one that's alone.
So before you immediately assume she's a wh*re, maybe remember that only 2%-8% of reports are false. I've been through a trial in this topic, they are thorough believe me. Not all of your homeboys can be innocent when only 2%-8% of rapes are falsely reported. 92%-98% are proven sexual assaults.
He's not going to give you all of the case details. No everything is NOT available online, only the entries and charges are. No details, no evidence, no nothing is available to the public. He's a rapist. Take this shit more seriously or you, your children, your siblings, your friends, could be the next victim.
