"So, you like the part I put together for you?" Karin asked her boyfriend.

All Sasuke could do is chuckle softly. Tonight was his birthday party and Karin surprised him. She knew of course, that Sasuke was not a fan of large crowds. So she invited the people that were close: His older brother of course, Itachi came with his girlfriend Hinata. Naruto and Sakura came with their dates, Ino and Suigetsu. Last but certainly not least, Juugo.

There was cake, booze, and plenty of food. What more could he want for his birthday? Karin and Sasuke were out on the balcony of their shared apartment, he wanted some air for a moment.

"Yes. You did good this time Karin, thank you."

Karin smirked. "Don't thank me just yet, there's one last present you've got to open~." She was holding a manila folder and handed it to her boyfriend.

Sasuke raised a brow but opened it, the shock on his face was priceless. "Karin...Are you really-"

She nodded happily and held up 2 fingers. "Two months!"

Sasuke couldn't hold back, he hugged her close and even spun her around. She quickly hushed him. "We can't let them know yet!"

"Sorry, I just- this is great!"

"I know!" She laughed.

"Oiii! We're gonna sing some karaoke!" Naruto called. "You lovebirds want in?"

"Shall we?" Sasuke asked.

Karin smiled, kissed her boyfriend and held his hand. "Let's."

But....! We will still be on the look out for LATE ENTIRES!

Our FAQ says we will accept late entries through the end of June... But given that's the middle of the week, we will extend that to July 5. For you. For Karin. <3 Just keep in mind that mods will no longer be checking every day, so it might take a bit for us to see. ;)

Also maybe Mod Mixel will finish up the ask game. 😳

A Karin x Kakashi One-Shot

AU: Next Generation

Karin slowly opened her eyes to be greeted by the sun, shining through the bedroom window. She yawned and stretched her arms, it was quiet... Too quiet for a family with 3 kids and a 4th on the way.

"Kakashi." She said, nudging her husband.

"Kakashi wake up." She said again while poking his cheek.

Her husband stirred from his sleep to look at his wife. "Mmm? What's... What's wrong?"

"Do you hear that?"

Kakashi sat up. "Hear what?"

"Exactly, it's way too quiet. What are our children doing?"

"3...2...1..."

Three small children come rushing into their parents bedroom, holding a tray with the breakfast they made for their mother. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAMA!" They cheered.

Karin jumped, surprised by the sudden intrusion. "What's all this?!"

"It's your birthday breakfast mama!" Their oldest, Kyuki answered.

"Yeah yeah! Papa got up extra early to help us!" Their middle child, Kohaku said with delight.

""We made all your favorites!" Their youngest Kazumi said proudly.

Karin couldn't help but smile after the initial shock subsided. "You all did a good job. Thank you very much."

Their children were all giddy and proud as they joined their parents in their king-sized bed. This was going to be a very interesting birthday indeed.

A Karin x Neji One Shot!

For: @karinweek (Day 1 Rarepair)

Ship: NejiKarin (Duh!)

AU: Canon Divergent

"So, you nervous?" Tenten asked, doing the finishing touches on Karin's hair.

Karin huffed. "What the hell kind of question is that?! Of course I'm nervous! I'm getting married!"

Tenten couldn't help but laugh a little bit. This was the big wedding between her teammate Neji and her new-found friend Karin.

Everyone was shocked when they announced the engagement. From Hanabi and Hinata, to Lee, Gai, and even Tenten herself. It wasn't a prank or hoax, they were indeed getting married.

"Oh calm down, weddings are supposed to be enjoyable." Tenten said as she finished. "I bet Neji is just as nervous as you are right now."

"That may be true, but..." Karin paused. "What if something goes wrong?"

"Do you love Neji?"

"Of course!"

"Do you want to spend the rest of your life with him?"

"Obviously!"

"Well, then nothing's going to go wrong. Listen, all that matters is yours and Neji's happiness." Tenten told Karin. "Everything's gonna be alright." She reassured. "Okay, I gotta go. Remember to smile~"

Tenten left the dressing room with Karin by herself looking into the mirror. This is it; she's going to be someone's wife. If only her mother could see her now, she'd be so happy for her daughter..

Tenten was right though, she loved Neji more than anything. When he proposed she couldn't have been happier. This was her happiest day! She looked at herself and smiled; No matter what, she was going to get her happily ever after today.

I don't really know how Canon divergence works so i imagined a timeline in which the uzumakis would have ended up in konoha and she would have become a shinobi there. I think she would probably have ended up working for Danzo with Sai.
