going on a 72 hour fast so here are my rules kiddos:
(trigger warning, obviously. i don’t condone promoting eating disorders. okay here we go)
- obviously, only liquids
- 3 liters of water a day
- remember. your. goddamn. vitamins.
- green tea is your best friend
- at 30 hours, have a low cal fruit smoothie
- no working out
- bring a granola bar in your bag and only eat it if you almost/pass out
