( This was written before Amino was taken down, and I’m just posting it to get it out of my drafts! ) Okay this is going to be my second “jimmy support post.” Since the people on Amino that I posted to clearly greatly misunderstood the point of my post, and LITERALLY attacked me and harassed me off of their sub amino.
I am NOT glorifying a rapist. I am a victim of it myself, and I still believe he shouldn’t be a character that people get harassed for liking. I don’t have screenshots of the majority of the points that people made against me, but I remember the important stuff so let me cover them one by one here.

Don’t you think a character that acts in childish ways deserves to be mocked and treated as a child? Maybe, have you ever heard of a joke? I see Jimmy antis make fun of him / baby him all the time, how is that different? “B-b-but infantilizing is different!” Except I never infantilized him? I don’t think any of us do except that fuckin, weird ass “lobotomy jimmy” person because WHAT.
Now this person got PRESSED. They started going on in a tone that didn’t even match my original post, I was never glorifying or defending him in my post- I still don’t understand why they came at me so aggressively.

No no no, please I’d love to hear it. As I said in my reply, my opinion on Curly has changed vastly since my original post, I do not view Curly as an accomplice. I do, however, view him as a morally grey character. I still believe he too needs to be held accountable for his ignorance to Anya’s situation. If you are going to basically attack me for an opinion, please don’t say you have a defense, and then go “Oh well I don’t have the energy to explain! Find it on your own!”
“It's not that you can't like Jimmy's character. You can appreciate a well-written villain without "babygirl"-ifying him and expecting other people to graciously accept your obsession with a rapist.”

It can be extremely triggering to listen to people glorify a rapist. Whether you think that's ridiculous or not, it directly impacts people, and it's both rude and grossly ignorant to think that people who are triggered by this should just put up with it.”
GIRL NOBODY IS GLORIFYING HIM IN THE POST I MADE. I know people glorify him, and that’s genuinely fucked up. But I WASN’T. I am aware it can be triggering, as I am a victim MYSELF as I told this person multiple times. They then proceeded to say that I was hanging it in their face as an excuse to be ignorant, and girl EVERYONE GETTING ANGRY AND YELLING AT ME IN THEIR POSTS STARTED THEIR POSTS WITH “as a victim, this is triggering to me!” I am AWARE. Girl, if you can’t handle discussing the topic at hand that this game is very centered around, tbh I don’t think you should be talking under this post. 😭 There’s a one motion think you can do on your phone called “scrolling.” If you’ve ever heard of it. I wasn’t trying to be ignorant, or rude. I was just expressing my opinion. Also the thing about sexual assault being more experienced than murder, it’s easier to project onto Anya with sexual assault because uhm, you don’t live past murder- typically. No murder victims came under my post attacking me for talking about William Afton… uhm. Yeah. But seriously, please make it made sense.

See, this is where I think this person put on their fedora and nodded with their arms crossed- and I know for SURE they are chronically online because they are one of the top active users in that Amino. Like I explained to them 100s of times in their replies, and here, I am NOT GLORIFYING HIM. FOR CHRISTS SAKE. I never said I was being harassed in the comments of these posts, although I say it here. I WAS being harassed, like Jesus Christ. My own actions? Bitch what did I do? HELLO??
They even went as far as to comment on my wall, after I disengaged because I didn’t want to argue with someone who wouldn’t listen to what I was saying— and I could tell they were getting increasingly angry / upset with the way they were responding to me- so I backed off. And they treated that as some sort of victory? I do appreciate them somewhat apologizing- but they followed it up by like- sorta condescending me? “Can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen.” Dawg, it sounds like you couldn’t handle the heat either my brother, like. 😭
