“Taki the corgi is badly in need of some professional training. He’s a high anxiety puppy who becomes aggressive when spooked. I’m incredibly worried that one of these days he’ll attack someone when anxious and he’ll have to be put down. Unfortunately due to mental health reasons I am unable to work and afford a trainer on my own so I need help. I’ve already found a trainer who has experience with his type of anxiety based aggression and the goal amount will cover 8 training sessions. The lower cost trainer I was able to afford hasn’t been able to treat the problem but this new one I’ve found has experience working with these types of problems. I’ve had other dogs with anxiety problems but none as severe as his and I’ve tried everything. This is my last resort. I don’t want to lose the little guy.”
Guys I really like don’t asking for help, especially when it comes to money but I’m really running out of options so I had no choice but to make this. His behaviour can’t continue on like this and I’m running out of time before the trainer is scheduled and this was her only opening for months. I’ve always been terrified of asking for help but I don’t know what else to do. At this point I have to hope for a miracle and that the money will magically appear for me.
I know it’s stupid thing to ask for help for and not a life or death pet situation and nor does it really tug on heart strings but this is a very urgent and very last choice plea for help. He means the world to me and has helped with my mental health in ways I can’t begin to describe. I don’t want to lose him to some tragic aggressive moment where he attacks a stranger because of his high anxiety. Asking and having to rely on help from random, kind strangers is my last hope.
