What if all of your dreams do come true and that’s just a matter of time? What if you do get everything you’ve always wanted and then some more?
Lol fuck everyone
I'm so fucking hungry. Hungry for that grade. It was Thursday night. I'm studying. It's Friday night. I'm making the sacrifices. I'm home studying. I'm getting enough sleep. There aren't bags under my eyes. My memory is clear. I'm reveiwng. I don't care. I'll do whatever it takes.

Achieve your goals
Step 1.Set 1 small specific goal
Think about your current behavior , start out small
Make a goal a small goal a realistic goal
Select reward
Set number of times
Reward any positive outcomes
Always reward yourself
Use rewards that align with goals.
Positive self talk always positive, it has been shown that self hatred, guilt tripping yourself, calling yourself stupid or bad is ineffective at behavioral changes.
Once you are confident you can move up to next goal but one goal at a time for long term behavior goals.
Good example of goal ;
My broad large end goal is to eat healthier and loose weight. Just saying you want to loose weight is to broad, and because of that you are significantly less likely to achieve it.
So my goal is to start becoming more active. Currently I am not active at all. So my goal is to walk more. Once I walk 5 times I am going to buy myself a cute pair of sneakers.
If you do not achieve your goal then you must change your goal to make it smaller, and keep changing until you do achieve it.
ex: I noticed after 1 week I haven't walked at all. So I am going to change my goal to parking farther away so I can walk away.
The following are examples are goals and rewards. There are also examples of stuff I use as incentives to get stuff done.
My broad goal is to eat healthier. I currently don’t cook and I eat out mostly. My specific goal is that each morning I am going to eat a fruit. Once I do this 10 times I am going to reward myself with a beach day with the girls.
My broad goal is to begin waking up earlier. I currently wake up at 9 am. My end goal is to wake up at 6 am. My specific goal is that I am going to wake up 15 minutes earlier each day until im at 6am so then that way i wont feel tired during the day. Every 4rth day for waking up earling I will reward myself with starbucks.
Antiperfect
If you want to do well in school and have a fun think functional. This girl in my chem class sat next to me and her notes were gorgeous. Tumblr material. However she failed the class. My notes were “ugly” but they were very informative and functional. I could read them. I ended with an A. Some school tips in regards to organization are
If you know where your stuff its fine. It doesn't have to be perfect.
Notes are better with information instead of better handwriting
at the end of the day no one cares about your handwriting
as long as everything does its job is fine. as long as you can find everything its fine. there is a point where perfectionisim is destructive and counterproductive
If you genuinely like making your notes beautifully then go you do it as much as you want. It can be relaxing af and fun. I am speaking to those who stress about it and feel like they have to do it. I want them to try to challenge that behavior for a little while if they can. You might find yourself with much more time to do things you enjoy!
Woww xD

Second image. A tweet by Donna Trump. Text is “next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States. They will be removed as fast as they come in. Mexico, using their strong immigration laws, is doing a very good job of stopping people…”
Third image: a list titled “What to Do if ICE Comes to Your Door.” Text is as follows:
“Do not open doors. Ice cannot come in without a signed warrant or if you let them in. Tell them to pass the warrant under the door before you open.
Remain silent. ICE can use anything you say against you in your immigration so claim your right to remain silent! Say, I plead the fifth amendment and choose to remain silent.
Do not sign. Do not sign anything ICE gives you without talking to an attorney.
Report the Raid! Report immediately UWD hotline: 1-844-363-1423. Take pictures, videos, and notes: badge numbers, number of agents, exactly what happened.
Fight back! Get a trustworthy attorney & explore all your options to fight your case. If detained, you may be able to get bail-dont give up hope!

Fifth image: a list titled “What to do if ICE agents show up at your door.” List is as follows:
Don’t open the door, but be calm. You have rights.
Ask what they are there for (and ask for an interpreter, if you need one)
If they ask to enter, ask if they have a warrant signed by a judge* and if so, ask to see it. (Through a window or slipped under the door.)
If they do not have a warrant signed by a judge, you may refuse to let them in. Ask them to leave any information at your door.
If they force their way in, do not resist. Tell everyone in the residence to remain silent.
If you are arrested, remain silent and do not say anything until you speak to a lawyer.
*An ICE administrative warrant (form I-200, I-205) does not allow them to enter your home without your consent.

How to acheive your goals!
Step 1: Choose a goal
A very small specific goal. Saying you want to lose weight is too broad of a goal. Be more specific. A better goal would be walking after work. The key is starting with 1 small goal.
Step 2: Analyze your behavior
My goal is to walk so I am going to analyze how often I walk and for the duration. This is extremely important to know your base line. Since I never walk or exercise at all it’s unrealistic for me to expect to change my behavior over the course of a day and magically make myself walk an hour a day. If I were to do that, I would be setting myself up for failure, and an unrealistic goal. Not achieving this goal would have an affect on my emotions, and I would start to feel guilty, ashamed and self-hatred toward myself for being a failure. When people feel this way, they lean on their coping mechanisms. My coping mechanism is eating, and when I feel this way, I am more likely to overindulge myself. Now I gained a few pounds feel discouraged and am more likely to give up. However, if you know your base line then you can set smaller goals and with each goal achieved you build your confidence and are more likely to keep at it.
Step 3: Select a reward
This is crucial to be successful. Select rewards based on 3 levels. Level one would be rewards you give daily. Level 2 would be rewards you give weekly, and level 3 would be rewards you give every few weeks. Make a list of rewards for yourself. An example of an ineffective goal/reward system would be once I lose 30lbs I will buy myself a new wardrobe. Again, this is unrealistic, and they key for long term behavioral changes is baby steps. Each small baby step reward yourself. You are building a positive association with the behavior and an incentive to complete the behavior. However, avoid rewarding yourself with things that are counter productive to your goal. I would suggest aiming for either something neutral or better yet something that agrees with your goals. For an example I love rock climbing. I can reward myself with an athletic activity that I enjoy doing.
Step 4 Plan
My goal is to starting walking after work and I am going to think back to how much I currently walk, which is never. Which making a goal it should look more like this: Once I walk after work 5 times then I will reward myself with a new outfit.
Once I walk 10 times, I will reward myself with horseback riding. Once I do it 20 times, I will go on a weekend getaway!
Step 5 Write out your goals and why you want to do it.
Example: I want to starting walking every day because exercising helps with everything. It has been proven to increase your happiness levels, improves your sleep, helps with concentration and the list goes on! I want to be happier! If your goal is anything health related, I would avoid writing anything about your looks. Personally, for me this is ineffective because no matter how much weight I lost I never felt more beautiful. Even when I was thin and perfectly toned, I wasn’t happier. I have learned that feeling beautiful is a state of mind not an appearance. It is something that is learned, but over time. The goal should be to FEEL better.
Step 6 REASSES
Are you making progress towards your goal?
If yes, then it’s time to amp it up a little bit.
If not, then you need to adjust your goal! This shows that you may have made a goal bigger than you can chew so change it up. Make it more digestible. If my goal was to walk after work and I am not walking at all then I would change it up to getting outside. Even if it’s for a minute. Just getting off the couch and stepping outside is progress, and that is the most important thing. Each small step adds up, and behavioral long-term changes takes time, but if you keep at it you will get there!
