New habits I want to develope
These aren’t just activities I want to implement but a mindset I want to achieve too:
Waking up before 8 am
Only consuming content that helps me grow
Being a 100% focused on what I’m doing in the present moment instead of thinking about the future by humming/meditating (apparently it helps you ignore your thoughts)
Moving my body daily
Taking some sun and fresh air daily
Being more disciplined by resisting the urges to indulge in distractions to train my self control
Doing tasks as soon as I can instead of procrastinating
Killing the fear whilst it’s still small
Drinking at least 1,5 of water daily
Being grateful instead of focusing on the bad things
Going to sleep before 2 am
Listening to my body when eating to feed myself with healthy food
Only thinking about my journey instead of comparing myself to others
Doing everything with intention instead of being mindless
When relaxing, actually not thinking about the things I have to do
Being excited about studying reminding myself I love to learn new things
Remembering that no amount of anxiety will control the future
Exploring my fears with love instead of beating them with anger
Being more flexible with myself and my routine
