Hi, everybody! Today I will show how I make "girly run" for characters from TF2
It's a made up form of running, mostly for women or woman-like men… But I use it for jokes, and in real life some people do run like that. (I'm not kidding, sometimes even I run like that.)
Let's take a spy as an example…
1. Select the "RUN_LOSER" animation in the sequences section and start the step-by-step setup.
2. Curve the legs so that they appear to be squeezed at the knees and bent.
3. Straighten the spine or even lean it back slightly, so that the head looks straight ahead and not lowered!
4. Arms… Quite difficult... Position them so they either stand up or swing from side to side, like a propeller. Bending the wrist so that the palms are facing away. (If arms swing a little unevenly - That's normal! But if you want them to be symmetrical, you'll have to try to get into the rhythm)
5. The fingers should be clenched or flat and elegantly open. But it's up to you to decide.
In most cases, the fingers are in the form of a "blade" (Bending the middle and ring fingers without squeezing them inwards, but pressing them tightly to the palm. Keeping the little finger and index finger outstretched, thus bent.)

6. The final, facial expression. Here you need to choose according to the situation, but in most cases "girly run" is awkward and therefore an excited facial expression will do. As if Spy will fall from instability, or stumble…
