People saying that Sasha doesn’t deserve to win is complete bullshit. Sasha has consistently done well in the competition, she was only in the bottom 3 ONCE. She is what drag will look like in a few years. She is truly what drag needs, a voice. A voice that will stand up for queer people, stand up for the ‘weird’ kind of drag.
I’m really bored of seeing these pretty girls win solely because they’re pretty. Sasha brings such a unique style to drag, and on top of that she is so inspirational. She roots for the underdog, the kids that were teased for being weird and looking different.
So yes, Sasha does deserve this crown.
look I love sasha too but this is stupid as hell. literally every single one of these queens stand for the same things Sasha does. you do realize that all of these people are queer and have been considered weird or odd their entire lives just for being gay. Sasha isn’t the only queen who roots for the underdog or kids who were bullied and its really ignorant to insinuate that she is. every one of the girls this season has been unique and extremely talented, they all showcase different types of struggles queer people go through so please lets stop acting like Sasha is more deserving just because she’s been shown to be more outspoken on queer issues. Also to say that previous queens only win because they’re pretty is misguided and wrong. these girls win because they did the best in the competition and because they’re extremely talented. stop belittling them just because you like sasha. you’re making the rest of us look bad.
