MTF and FTM should only ever be used as personal identifiers. It’s fine to ID as MTF or FTM, but never use it as a blanket term or refer to all trans men as FTMs and all trans women as MTFs. Not all trans men believe that they were once “female” and that they are transitioning “to” male. Not all trans women believe that they were once “male” and that they are transitioning “to” female. It implies that someone isn’t “actually” their gender until they transition and it’s the same as phrases like “born in the wrong body"—if it helps you describe your identity then you can use it. But don’t assume that every trans person has the same experience of being trans.

I think it's really important to note that misogyny is partly about the external experiences you have(cat calling, attacking, workplace experiences, etc), but also largely how it is internally processed as a woman in a patriarchal society (correct me if I'm wrong on this though)? And at it's core, misogyny is attacking womanhood, so it's. really not possible to experience true misogyny if you do not have womanhood. Experiencing the external side of it does not make it true misogyny.
