I could never love you enough to put the bags down
How could you believe in realities where we were sweet?
You are the fire I never put out
The thunderstorms never ending
You hardly remember who we are from the drugs stealing you from me

But the only thing that makes me alive is the feeling of being terrified
And I haven't felt fear for some time
I'm not brave enough to step over that line
HANNAHKAY
Hannah Kay’s official website
Into the rose garden amid conversations between space separating
In light lodged in cul-de-sac eyes declaimed
In fallen petals, I found you loved me In wilted roses, I discover our eternity
Pressed stories of rose and lilac in a shadow box for displaying
Labeled "My love that became the garden I tour frequently"
HANNAH KAY// INTO THE GARDEN
HANNAH KAY// AN ORACLE FOR THE WEARY

To be gods saddest creation
God gave up on me
Savored teethed, slipping out lies, leave me with the moonrise
Welcome darkness, welcome the open door off the horizon

“The winter is a phantom of me
It's who I always become in solitude, alone with such melancholy
deeply rooted in such a hopeful body”

HANNAHKAY//AN ORACLE FOR THE WEARY
I’d garden and see a graveyard
I’d forget to cry and watched us die
Seeping in and separating
In the inside I feel of what I’ve caused of this
It’s just too late to go back and hold her

My mind aches
Pulsating like breaths under sheets with a lover that broke my mind completely
Pain found new meaning when avoiding that the true thing destroying me isn't answers conspiring against my limited thinking, but a man that thought nothing significant of me
I knew him like ink on page
But I read him before I became another sellouts fantasy. and his story was engraving
Bleeding into margins turning red and losing focus of smeared lettering haze
