Jaskier has an entire catalogue of love songs that aren't explicitly about Geralt but are also very unsubtly about Geralt so it's just kind of common knowledge that Jaskier is in love with him. & Bcos everyone knows witchers don't have feelings obviously it's tragically unrequited love, it's all very sad and poetical.
