I've been practicing #yoga (seriously) for over 2 years now and it's beginning to feel natural. Before, I would focus on others practice and see such amazing flexibility. I would try to force poses just to look like someone who has been working at it for years and it felt uncomfortable. Silly Right? ~ Most of us look at #fitness as a race against others progress without showing patience towards our own. This slow progress comes from me listening to my body and taking time to build true strength overtime. Yoga isn't a competition to me anymore....it has become a way for me to destress, build power and learn balance. I'm happy every step of the way even if I don't look like a master yogi ......YET! ~ Don't wait until you've reached a #goal to be proud of yourself.
