Such a sad line when you realize he was going through a major divorce among other heartbreak while also marrying Patti Scialfa. An underrated album for sure! Also LOVE my beautiful reward and the big muddy off of it. Also love its ‘sister’ album Human Touch as it has some underrated gems!!

And it's that time again where I cry over 'Spirit in the Night' live in Barcelona. There is just something about songs that are cut down to their bones and still beautiful. I get so emotional about this version particularly.
