Keegan’s Bio
Keegan grew up in Sacramento, California. He was the son of Cane and Eliza Anderson. Keegan’s mother died when he was only three due to cancer. The grief his father had consumed him and eventually he would take it out on his son. He would not only verbally abuse him but he would physically abuse him as well, especially on his drunken nights. This led Keegan to have a substance problem of his own. He would look for any and all ways to escape, from drugs to sex, and to later alcohol. Keegan looks for love in all the wrong places. This is mostly because he doesn’t believe that he is worthy of love.
Eventually, he escaped the hands of his father. He went to college miles and miles away from the town he grew up in. He got his undergrad degree in psychology and eventually got his master’s degree in counseling. He took the state board test and passed. He got his first job at a psychiatric hospital. This was working out great until he fell in love with one of his patients. They had a small affair before he knew it was time to move on to be safe…to protect the both of them. As soon as he got offered a job in Asteria to open up his own private practice he took it. He’s been in Asteria the past five years now. He’s kept mostly to himself but lately he’s been wanting to venture out of his comfort zone. He knows that he can’t keep drowning himself in the bottle every night to keep himself company.
