attack on nothegarden on artfight!
I tried screen cap redraw and enjoyed the process so much, it is really a good thing to do when you want to draw something and take a break from work. Nico Robin was the first who came to my mind ))
+I feel unconfident about colours and shadows, so it is also good for practice
Damned to love once
Will have a bit of time on my hands in the coming weeks/months. Hope you’re all well.

one piece fans arent waiting for opla season 2 to see the story and action unfold in live action, they only want to watch taz skylar doing the mr prince scenes
mr taz skylar was, in fact, born to play sanji's mr prince scenes, i will hear no arguments on this fact.
Ruth Speer, A Heart's a Heavy Burden (based around both the 1986 novel by Diana Wynne Jones and the 2004 Miyazaki film), c. 2023, oil on wood, 24 × 30 inches.
obviously the campiness of opla helped the anime translate well onscreen, but I also liked how even if someone wasn’t towering or massive you could instantly tell how inhumanly strong a character was. people flying across the room/sky from a single punch. the ground cracking and wood splintering. zoro tapping a stool in a guys direction and practically knocking him out. very minimum blood and characters surviving MASSIVE damage. mihawk can destroy an entire boat with one single swipe of his blade. almost always perfect hair that naturally grows in a wide range of colors. the yells and sound effects and calling out signature moves during fights. luffy's whoops of excitement and perpetually grinning face and the dramatic dialog and weird voices. the creators really found a way to create a believable but still out of the ordinary world
favourite part of the live action is undoubtedly zoro being misogynistic to sanji he's like a hero to me

A comic to try and sort through some difficult feelings about being an artist and a reminder to not forget who you are.
