Hi!! I am so curious about flexible dieting and don't want to pay a crazy amount of money to sign up for a program before learning some more about it on my own!! Can you tell me more?!
Hi!! Don't spend any money!! Go to iifym.com and plug in your information to get your macros! Basically with flexible dieting, or if it fits your macros, you can eat within the guidelines of your macros (fat protein and carbs). This means if you eat a big Mac (which will take up pretty much all of your fat and carbs), you'll need to eat foods that will fit the rest of your macros. This means you can eat a cookie, log it, and then plan the rest of your day accordingly to make sure you hit your macros for the rest of your day! I love iifym because you can do it clean, and you can indulge without feeling guilty. You just have to be smart! And it takes some time because I guarentee you aren't eating enough protein because that's the struggle of every newbie iifym-er.
AUG 2015➡JUN 2016 This is about an 10 pound difference. It’s SO crazy to me sometimes because I feel like I haven’t made as much progress as I have been told I have (you are your own worst critic!), but then I look back at certain pictures and I’m like WOAH. GO ME. What’s really great is that I tried on those black shorts from the before picture the other day and they didn’t fit comfortably. They were my favorite shorts and now they fall off my hips (not like to the ground or anything, just enough to be annoying). Things have been getting looser on me and I keep thinking they are just stretched out or something, but really I’m just making some sweet progress with weight lifting, IIFYM, and HIIT. (at San Diego, California)
Woke up today feeling pretty dang lean! Plus I did abs for the first time in like 4 months yesterday and I am SORE. Do I have abs yet? 😂

Even though 90% of my time on this earth is spent in gym clothes or leggings, I still appreciate the small victories of normal clothes starting to fit better and look better on. Today I spent 9 hours working at the farmers market and my whole body is sore from head to toe from my workouts this week, so I will not be going to the gym. Still hitting my macros though! ------------------------------------------
