I found this weird big snail shell in my hognose snake’s enclosure today. I’ve never seen anything like it before. I wonder what kind of snail this is? Wait a minute…

That is not a regular snail!

That’s a Gjallarhorn snail! Silly baby hognose, you almost had me fooled.

Because sometimes what you need most is a corn snek named Spaghetti wearing a cozy purple sweater. The snake sweater was crocheted by Redditor Rancor_Emperor’s sister. 

If you’re curious about how one dresses a snake in a sweater, Rancor_Emperor described the process:

“I just kinda put his head in one end and he just wiggles to the other end on his own. I just hold the sweater in place while he works his way down. He stops just before his head pops out the other end and just chills in it. Then after a few minutes he’ll pop his head out.”
