I just wanted to see how things may go differently if Tony happened to be present in the car on the night that Bucky assassinates the Starks 🧐👀 though I guess this time, it's more of an attempted assassination.

After a briefly murderous encounter, Tony is fascinated by Bucky (and also a compulsive "i have to fix every problem!" kinda guy courtesy of Mr Howard Stark's parenting) so he ends up working with SHIELD to try and break or at least understand Bucky's conditioning !!!

Now what if, in the midst of this, Bucky works out that SHIELD is not as trustworthy as one might hope they are, and so he grabs the nearest hostage (GUESS WHO) and high tails it out of there?? And poor lil young Tony's cursing his luck of being at the wrong place at the wrong time because of course the one time he does something of his own accord he ends up kidnapped by some brainwashed assassin 😭🥶

Idk. I just think a mutually healing roadtrip on the run from Hydra might benefit them both. Also they should bone !! I'm keeping a lot of detail out for the sake of NO SPOILERS 😈

I love this moment. Obviously theres a lack of emotional literacy from draven generally, and that coupled with the fact that he never really got to know his parents put me in thoughts of: how would he even know what love looks like to be able to name it? Previous to this, he hadnt attempted to, or been able to, picture gentleness and affection between his parents. What would it look like? And its a stupid thing to think about anyway, because it doesnt exist anymore, if it ever did.
