@mayarhale: it may be lame but i actually do like wonderwall. @brighteiz
@brighteiz: @brighteiz yeah a lot of people do otherwise some of us would have to play nothing but mayer songs to get laid and nobody hates themself enough for that
alicia-scott:
Alicia rolled her eyes once again at the other, her lips twitching up into a small smile, âasshole? wow rude. but lucky.â she chuckled softly, withdrawing her hand a little quicker than expected once the bag was handed over. âwhat can I say? I am melodramatic. I was labelled drama queen in highschool.â the brunette boasted as if it was something to be proud of. âHydrangeas.â she responded, bending down to sit by the ledge of the roof dangling her legs as they swayed to and fro, her hazel hues met the otherâs- inviting her to come with with her. Alicia stared at the cigrillo, âi- i never really tried one of those before, underaged and all yâknow.â she admitted in a low voice- ashamed at herself for being a prude (at least thatâs what she thought she was). âis it good?â
Kenzi simply laughed at the light protest, not bothering to apologize. She shrugged a shoulder, rolled her eyes playfully. âWow - shocker,â she deadpanned, letting out a chuckle. âWere you a cheerleader, too? Valedictorian?â Her voice was only faux mocking, but there was the hint of an edge in her words - Kenzi had never been at a school long enough to make that much of an impression. âHm. Why?â she asked, loosely aware that flowers had meanings - though some people only liked that because they looked pretty. âWhat do you mean youâre underage? How old are you?â Kenzi furrowed her brow at that, her lips wrapping around the wood tip. She hummed some random beat before blowing another wisp of smoke, her lips a small o. âYeah itâs good, I wouldnât smoke âem if they werenât. Unless youâre seventeen or something, youâre old enough to smoke these things - you know that right?âÂ
@mayarhale: hm. me and the producers have talked and we'll see about a longer clip. unsure as of now. @brighteiz
@brighteiz: @mayarhale got it, getting my set ready anyway. i'll slip wagon wheel in there, really round it out
@ispyharriet: Are you going to ask me what its like in New York City, because you're a thousand miles away? Does Time Square shine as bright as I do?
@brighteiz: @ispyharriet well i'll hit on you like you're not already taken and build a career on it, that's the charm right?
Has anyone ever stolen your heart?
Nah, when people âhave my heartâ itâs because IÂ âgaveâ it to them, nobodyâs ever stolen it. And I always take it back when Iâm done.Â
@ispyharriet: I think it would be the day they threw it back to you. :) By now you should have somehow realized what you gotta do. #idwatch/listen
@brighteiz: @ispyharriet you into that? i know "hey there delilah" too
@mayarhale: realistically a short clip of you up there and then they'd cut to something more interesting @brighteiz
@brighteiz: @mayarhale what if it was "more than words"? longer clip?
@brighteiz: how douchey would it be if i just stood on the balcony and played wonderwall for an hour and how much of it would they air
If there was one black and mild left on this earth, what would you do for it?
Would it be wood tip? Wine flavor? If not I wouldnât anything for it. And if it was, Iâd buy it for two bucks tops or just buy some swishers, itâs not that serious.
martinis or wine?
Rum.Â
favorite person so far?
I donât have one yet. Alicia and Harriet got me the closest to some black n milds though, so theyâre not too bad.
hit me with your best shot
alicia-scott:
The brunette pulled on an Adidas blazer to shield herself from the cold and also to cover up the small bruise marks on her arms. It wasnât as if she was making a big deal out of it and she hoped her new friend will not as well. It didnt take her long to map out the entire house and she found the roof in no time. âhey you.â she called out as she approached the blonde. âfunny.â she scoffed, Alicia really enjoyed Kenzi around, she was fun to tease and the brunette felt that she was one source of positivity in her life. âI went over to meet him yesterday.â she shrugged, âwasnât that I have much to do because you girls were all too busy.â she replied semi sarcastically. Her foot steps slowed down and came to a halt beside Kenzi, âthis place is lovely, i love flowers.â she quickly added before stretching out her hands to hand her a red plastic bag filled with the cigarettes, âboy arenât you one addict. â she joked.
âI donât know about the other girls, but I was sleeping. This asshole I met at a cafe ground my gears all morning, so I needed the extra hours,â Kenzi replied, a teasing smirk on her face. Their easy banter was comfortable, something she didnât always find in the new people and places she settled into. At the comment, Kenzi rolled her eyes and scoffed, stuck her hand into the bag to pull out a single wine wood tip. âYeah, such an addict you had to hand these to me in a baggie - seriously?â she let out a laugh, rolled up the bag and stuck it in her jacket pocket. âI like how they taste - and they have them in every state, so.â After unwrapping the plastic and shoving it in her pocket, she went about pulling out her lighter and flicking it on. âHuh...yeah? Whatâs your favorite? Flower, I mean?â the question was lazy, drawled between her lips as she sucked lightly, pulling the embers into the tip until it glowed. She breathed out a small wisp of sweet smoke, the burn light in her throat as she held the cigarillo out to Alicia, an offer.Â
Kenzi had rolled out of bed after receiving a text from her new friend in the house - or acquaintance, they hadnât quite talked enough to say. Though she reasoned that anybody that supplied her with free black n milds was a friend in her book. She sent back a quick text to let Alicia know sheâd be on her way and made her way to the roof, her lighter slipped in her front pocket and sunglasses perched on her nose despite the late hour. After a few missteps into the wrong halls, she found the right door and was out in the cool night air. âHey - that was fast. Your guy does next day delivery?â she asked jokingly, a grin on her face as she approached the girl on the balcony. [ @alicia-scott ]
blake-lennon:
Lennon couldnât help but cock her head to the side as she walked into a strange conversation.  It seemed the phone call wasnât wanted and it was clear the other woman wanted help getting out of it.  The brunette grinned a little, knowing it all seemed a little strange and amusing all at the same time, but she wanted to help the poor girl out. âHey dude, you left the stove on and it like, boiling over. What the hell did you try and heat up anyway? It looks like a fricking science experiment in here. Iâm totally not cleaning this upâ  Her words came out of her mouth without any thought to them at all, only wanting to save the other from the painfully awkward conversation on the other end of the phone.
Kenzi cracked a large grin at the response and threw her a thumbs-up - it wasnât out of the question for her to destroy something in the kitchen, after all. âShit - sorry...â she hesitated on the girlâs name, filling in with an apologetic wave of her hand. âMolly, Iâll be right there!â she shouted, her voice lowered again as she spoke into the phone. âIâve gotta go, the kitchenâs about to burn down but Iâll call you later, okay? Love you, dad!â Mackenzie quickly ended the call and turned to her savior with a sigh. âThanks for that, nice save - and sorry for calling you Molly, I panicked. You donât look like a Molly, though?âÂ
mickeyxyouresofine:
Mickey raised a brow as the unfamiliar girl called her important, quickly looking around her as she knew there was no way Mickey was the topic of that conversation. âYou talkinâ about me, love?â she asked, pointing to herself before she saw the girl plead for help. If there was one thing Mickey could do, it was think on her feet and she spread a wicked grin as she took a couple steps closer towards the girl, âOh, câmon baby, my body needs you like itâs never been needed before.â Mickey let out a moan as she ran her hand down her own body, starting from her chest down to her stomach, âCâmon, sexy. Get off the phoneâŚI need a shag like only you can give meâŚplease, baby?â she asked grabbing the phone from the girlâs hand and putting it up to her ear, âIâm sorry, this hot girl canât come to the phone right now, please leave a message after the ââ she said before hanging up the phone.
Kenzi bit her knuckle to stifle a laugh. She didnât even have time to respond properly until the girl was already reaching for the phone. âShag?â she whispered, turning away toward the other side of the room when the phone was pulled out of her hand. By then, it was too late to do anything, and she had no desire to hear whatever her father was saying on the other end of the line. When the stranger finally dropped the call, she let out a raucous laugh, until there were tears at the corners of her eyes. âHoly shit - I canât believe you just - holy shit,â she shook her head with a grin and held her palm out for the phone. âI better put it on âdo not disturbâ, I donât want to see the texts heâs about to send.â Kenziâs ears were tinged pink, the embarrassment unavoidable after what sheâd said. Still, it wasnât the weirdest thing sheâd ever heard. âThat was - kind of genius? But I usually expect dinner before a girlâs calling me âbabyâ - can I at least get your name first?â she joked.Â
