The First Test

Eggbert's eye were full of pity, from looking at the abstracted Queenie. Thinking about how a heartbroken Kinger ambled through life without her only weighed his heart down with more pity.

"That's why you're here. To end that!"

Eggbert thought to himself. With that, he plugged the USB into the TV, both of which he had just conjured up.

Eggbert then turned on the TV and left the room, leaving the abstraction to watch the show. On the TV flashed photos from the Facebook page of one Anne Best.

Where have I heard that name before?

The TV showed a photo of a woman sleeping on a couch.

I don't remember that... could it be... no...

The TV showed more photos from Anne's page. One such photo depicted that same woman in a white gown, kissing a groom.

Wait... is that...

As the photos continued ringing bells, the abstraction slowly morphed. Black, jumbling skin disappeared, giving way to patches of brown. The blinding colors in the abstraction's eyes gave way to natural eye colors, as the tears started to flow.

Journey to the Exit in the Void (part 3)

"Eggbert? Where are you?" Platette, Spoonsie, Wensley and Locktess were looking for their friend, but to no avail.

Out of the blue, Caine flew in, greeting "My wonderful wobblies! What troubles you?"

Locktess cried, "Oh, Caine! Eggbert's missing! We've been looking everywhere for him, but he's nowhere to be found!"

Just then, an alert came up on Caine's WackyWatch. "My, my! An alert on my WackyWatch!" It showed a figure that was apparently in the Void.

"Oh no! Someone's ventured out into the Void again! They'll get totally spoiled!" Caine yelped, right before he disappeared.

Meanwhile, in the Void, Eggbert was finishing up the last of the photos. "Aaand... done!"

Right as he got done, Caine appeared and transported him right back to the Tent.

No one in the Circus or in the cellar could have comprehended it, but...

A second chance was on its way.

Journey to the Exit in the Void (part 2)

After a while, Eggbert got up, gazing upon the floating exit.

He conjured up a staircase with guardrails, then began to climb until he reached the exit.

Opening it, Eggbert was faced with a white void, with nothing but the words CONNECTION SECURED and a search bar floating around.

Eggbert conjured up a keyboard and a mouse, typing in "Destiny Best." He clicked the magnifying glass button, and results came flooding in. Destiny Best's IG profile, her husband Grant's profile, and that of C&A.

Journey to the Exit in the Void (part 1)

"So this is that exit door Pomni used to obsess over..."

Eggbert mused, as he stared at the exit he had just conjured up, now that Kinger had taught him and his friends the art.

He opened the door and went into the vestibules, opening the series of other doors that had confounded Pomni during one of her attempts to escape. Finally, he reached the one that had the Void on the other side. Eggbert, not knowing that solid ground was meters away, stepped into nothing, and so, his feet, finding no footing, fell, dragging his body down with them.

Eggbert finally crashed onto a purple platform, where he lay for a while. He looked up and saw yet another exit door, suspended in the vastness of the Void and out of his reach..

"Guys. I know I'll sound crazy, but I think I might have found a way to reverse abstraction."

"Eggbert, what are you talking about?" "Eggbert, you can't reverse abstraction! Gooseworx said so!"

"Goose may have lied."

"WHAT!?" "Eggbert, what are you saying?"

"No offense to her, but she lied about the farm thing with Jax. And she sometimes lies for fun. That, and Caine said something about getting our friends' profiles from the void... of course, we all know about what happened a few days ago."

"And..?"

"If I can show these to the abstractions, maybe they'll unabstract!"

"..."

"Eggbert, this plan of yours appears convoluted and implausible. I don't see how it will succeed at all." "Sorry, Eggbert. I don't think this will work. See you later." "Let's go, everyone."

"Wait, guys! I- I-" ... "Eurgh, fine. I'll do it myself."

Eggbert and his friends told her she couldn't.

That he would just push her away.

However, Aquaria's conscience wouldn't let her listen.

Jax needed help.. fixing.

And so, she went to his room. To talk to him.

She was greeted- not by the agitated purple rabbitoid, but by his shell.

His black, many-eyed shell.

Aquaria already knew about abstraction, and how abstractions could cause the painful sensation of jumbling.

It couldn't be as painful as the cracks forming in her heart.

"Oh, Jax... I was too late.." she whimpered, as a tear welled up in her eye.

Julius Assures Ella

Been wanting to draw these two together for a while! Though I must admit that this is what I think she looks like.

The first time he saw Ella, Julius was smitten. One day, he saw her distressed and asked her what was wrong. Julius assured Ella that he would be there for her if something bad were to happen. He plans to confess his feelings to her later.

Julius and Aurora

"Whaddoya think?" Aurora asked Julius, as she showed him a peasant maid's outfit she had made for Guinevere, for Park Planet's upcoming film. He thought it was good as it could get. Plain and simple- therefore perfect for the movie's setting.

Please know that I am NOT shipping them. They're not in love- she's asexual, he's got his eye on somebody else.

Also this is how I imagined Aurora's outfit and workplace.

The Hankering
