The parallel imagery of having The Creation of Adam, which symbolises God creating the first man, who is an image of Himself and possesses His qualities.

And then having Barth and Tanrak mimic the positions but here Barth would be Tanrak's saviour and them having the same feelings for each other that they're holding inside. Something about Barth help "create" the "real" Tanrak.
