Alright, I'm back, a year and a half later. I think that's the longest stretch I've gone without creating a Tumblr to help me keep track of weight loss! I'll make a separate post about my official starting plan, but basically I want to get my body ready to start trying for baby #2. Right now my weight is about 230, and I was 217 when I got pregnant with my first with no complications due to weight throughout the pregnancy. I would really like to get back down to a lower weight to start because I'm worried about back pain, gestational diabetes, and knowing that I'll of course more weight while pregnant. I'm going to start trying in April, so I'd love to lose at least 15 pounds, which is only 1 per week.
