I made a decision to give up one love for another not too long ago. Not to make it overly dramatic or anything but giving up surfing was a big deal, something not many people would understand. I don't regret my decision but I am grateful that I was able to reunite with the ocean this weekend and get on a board once again. Yesterday someone, who is the world to me, gave me a simple message. "Simply be, rather than do." I don't what it is about Utah, but it changes people and I've noticed it happening in myself.
