Neji being an only child

I think many fans miss the brilliance of Neji being an only child, while Hiashi/Hizashi were twins and even Hinata and Hannabi had one another. Neji being an only child is important to the story.

Neji spent years thinking Hiashi coldly sacrificed Hizashi. He, being an only child, had no idea the bond siblings share, let alone identical twins. Hinata and Hannabi likely understood that some of their dad's behavior was likely related to grief over his twin brother, as they were also siblings. They probably even understood that identical twins have a stronger bond than that.

Neji needed to be written as an only child so his innocent ignorance was plausible- otherwise, fans would think " Did he not realize Hiashi loved Hizashi?" It's needed.
