So far the only thing of importance we learned in the recent chapter is that the hotel staff apparently murders their clients to steal their valuables? This could pose a threat to Ciel and Sebastian, considering Ciel was formerly an Earl, and even if they don’t know his background they can still tell by his attire and the presence of his servant that he’s of the aristocracy.
it's still hard for me to believe that this hotel would be the only place not connected to blood collection, considering the orphanage, sanatorium, and manor all were. i saw someone mention (sorry, i don't remember who it was) that they built a plumbing system to make collecting it easier. it was said in a hahaha... unless? kind of way, but it's honestly not that ridiculous of an assumption considering that man was very clearly killed or dismembered in the bathtub.
there's also the fact that the dolls undertaker creates seem to be even more advanced. if layla has enhanced combat abilities (in her alter ego) and modri possesses some kind of telekinetic abilities, then maybe the dolls are already surpassing humans not only in terms of cheating death. but if that's the case, it's possible that it doesn't come for free and is connected to losing blood—which would explain why modri bleeds after using his powers, and why al licked the blood off the scissors. it's kind of like how driving a car at 140 km/h uses more fuel than driving at 100 km/h.
i think robbing the victims is more of a side job, because they're clearly people without morals if they're willing to kill others. they might even have some kind of order from above, since it was already mentioned that the technology undertaker uses comes at a cost.
but overall, they definitely pose a threat to ciel and sebastian, and sooner or later they'll probably try to get to ciel—especially since they've already noticed how he presents himself.
