Makeup Artist Carly Ceasar-Brown, born and raised in Southern California grown as a visual artist. Focused on realism, making paintings and drawings. Won best oil painter in the whole school district in the San Diego, CA, Del Mar Fair in 2013. One of her oil paintings won $300 auction for charity at the Hyatt Place Hotel located in Vista, CA in 2013, & got scholarship for the Gage Academy of Arts in 2014 along with having her work up in Galleries. She took her Artistic ability towards the Artistry of Makeup. Furthered her education through a specialized makeup school called the L Makeup Institute. She originally majored in Special Makeup Effects but still took any makeup class she could get to gain more knowledge about the Artistry of Makeup.
