Kingdom of Fae is Back!

Hey all! I’m excited to tell you that Kingdom of Fae is back!!! Different team, but I’m happy to make some devlogs and keep you guys up to date on its development! We’re currently working on a battle system prototype in game maker studio 2, along with redoing a good chunk of the story, adding mechanics, etc.

Update on Kingdom of Fae

Unfortunately, due to internal issues, the team for the game have gone in different directions. However, I plan on coming back to it in the future once I’ve gained more experience as a dev. In the meantime, I hope to create a few smaller scale games to gain experience with. You can follow my progress/art on @8bitanne . Thank you for understanding and supporting the game thus far!

Hey a friend of mine was wondering what program you use for pixel art

Hello! My teammate uses Photoshop, but I also recommend Aseprite as a good alternative.

Would it be alright if people offered Magi concept designs that you could use if you wanted to?

Unfortunately, due to legal reasons, we cannot accept Magi concepts from others not on the team. ;-; Quite a shame, I was hoping to do a contest some day. Thank you for your interest though! Also, might I add, that you are completely definitely 100% not a bottle of glue.

aaaaaa!!!! i just found your blog and looked through everything!! needless to say, i'm already really thrilled for this game!!! everything looks adorable, from rowan (is that her name?) to the magi designs!!! the colors are also incredibly pleasing to look at :). good luck in making the game!!!!
