hii guys! ★彡 the kind folks from XPPen sent me their new Magic Note Pad to try out !! here are my thoughts ♡︎

🏞 whether you wanna read, take notes or doodle--the XPPen Magic Note Pad is ideal for when inspiration hits. its a slim, standalone tablet with a matte screen, lightweight and easy to carry with you. you can just pick it up and start sketching, no need to connect to a PC ! ✨

⚙️ set up out of the box is a breeze. it comes with XPPen Notes preinstalled, making writing & doodling quite efficient. but you can install CSP or any other drawing app if you prefer. paired with the separately sold Folio Keyboard, it becomes a solid device for in the office

✏️ the X3Pro Pencil is light & responsive—it slots magnetically onto the tablet (so you wont lose it lol) and it doesn't need any charging (love that~!), you can switch btwn 3 color modes that are easy on the eyes with a press of a button! color accuracy is decent, the only downside is that the screen suffers a bit outdoors

🖼 i've had the pleasure to try both XPPen Magic Note Pad & XPPen Magic Drawing Pad. while the Magic Drawing Pad is larger + feels its geared towards professional use, the Magic Note Pad is a solid option for beginners & ppl looking for a versatile, all-around experience!

tl;dr: the XPPen Magic Note Pad is an amazing lightweight, portable standalone tablet made for effortless writing and doodling, def check it out if you're looking for a versatile and casual experience, or alternatives to the options currently available on the market!

One major mistake people make when looking at Snow White is assuming that they were trying to create a Disney Princess role model for little girls to emulate, when actually they were just trying their darndest to create an animated character that audiences would care about.

When we see pure and innocent Snow White being mistreated by her stepmother and later driven into exile, it's supposed to activate parental instincts that make us want to protect her. It shouldn't matter if she doesn't do anything to save herself, because she shouldn't have to. We're supposed to feel the injustice of it, feel sad and angry that she's treated this way, fear that she's going to come to harm. We're not supposed to want to be her, we're supposed to love her, and want to see her get the love she deserves, so we remain invested for the entire runtime of this 80-minute cartoon that they're afraid audiences won't sit through. That's what mattered to the story while they were making it, so applying Disney Princess expectations is ridiculous.
