Today’s Genuine Good Boy is: Shigesato Itoi, creator of the Mother/Earthbound series

Hi, I’m a big dumb nerd with too much time on his hands. I used that time to make a totally subjective Kirby tier list based on the supposed power levels of the characters in the series. Keep in mind that most tiers below hero have far too many characters to fit into one image, so I just kind of put whatever fit. Feel free to ask why I put certain characters within certain tiers, tell me what you think belongs in which tier, or tell me that I have bad taste and should never make another tier list again.

I haven't been posting much because my laptop's been dead, but I've been drawing.

This battle will look better once I have some real character animations for Sister Vienna in place (probably my next big task.)

This battle could use a little fine tuning, I think, adjusting timing and speed, hitboxes, that sort of thing. Limebreaker also pointed out that quite a bit of things are happening offscreen, and a camera with dynamic zoom might be in order.

It’s pretty fun though, and I’m really proud of it so far. Two months ago, Hot Dog Nun was barely more than an itch in the back of my skull.

I think that my drawing ability improves a lot faster when I'm feeling really depressed because I don't think that I could manage something like this last month.
