We're back!! Finally at our first Super Mario game... fun to knock out so many iconic reoccurring guys in one game.

I actually did some perspective to make sure this looked okay.  Unfortunately I wasn’t able to match it to the lazy fake-perspective of the background, because it was lazy and fake.  But Bill Blaster is drawn to...mmmmostly good perspective, otherwise.

You’d think this thing was just an obstacle that wouldn’t warrant a name, but they’re active moving entities in the programming.  In Paper Mario you gotta kill them so they don’t continually spit out more Bullet Bills.  The log info states that it is “unknown whether it is alive or not,” which I like.  Keep it mysterious.
